Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 18, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Superior Conscious ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you visit www.superiorconscious.com (the "Site").
1. What we collect today
The Site is primarily informational. The Consciousness Map assessment runs in your browser and, in the current version, does not require an email address and does not save your answers on our servers. We do not operate a checkout or account system on this Site at launch.
We may still receive limited technical data when you visit, such as:
- IP address, browser type, and device information (via hosting and analytics, if enabled)
- Pages viewed and approximate referral source
- Standard server logs maintained by our hosting provider (for example, Vercel)
2. Future collection
If we add features that collect personal information—such as email signup, saved assessment results, or authentication—we will update this policy and present clear notice at the point of collection before those features go live.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
We may use essential cookies required for site operation. If we enable analytics or hub authentication cookies from partner sites, we will describe them here and, where required, request consent.
4. Third-party services and links
The Site links to other properties in the Divine Alignment ecosystem. Those sites process data under their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices.
Hosting, deployment, and (when configured) database services may process data on our behalf as service providers under contractual safeguards.
5. How we use information
We use information we receive to:
- Operate, secure, and improve the Site
- Understand aggregate usage patterns
- Respond to inquiries if you contact us
- Comply with legal obligations
6. Retention
Server logs and analytics are retained only as long as needed for security and operations, per our hosting configuration. If we later store assessment or account data, we will describe retention periods at that time.
7. Your choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold. Contact us to make a request. You can also use browser settings to limit cookies.
8. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the data we process. No method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. The "Last updated" date will reflect changes. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site where practical.
11. Contact
For privacy questions, use the contact options published on the Site or reach out through the mentor page.
